Learn the fundamental skills and techniques of boxing while building a strong foundation in fighting. This class covers footwork, defense, and punch combinations, with optional sparring to apply what you've learned. Contact and non-contact sparring are both available—protective gear is required for contact, and advance notice is needed if you plan to spar.

This 30-minute sparring class is designed to help members safely apply their boxing skills in a controlled, coach-supervised environment. The focus is on technique, timing, defense, and ring awareness, with both contact and non-contact options available based on experience and comfort level. Pairings are matched appropriately to ensure a respectful, supportive, and safe training experience. Open to all levels with coach approval..
