Stretch Lab Classes
This class will be instructed by Ally, who has a background in Physical Therapy, Sports Medicine and Athletic Training. Each class Ally will choose two major muscle groups in which 99% of individuals have underlining tight dense connective tissue. Each participant will be given a roller to discover how to overcome tightness, increase flexibility, reduce any pre-existing back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain etc. Ally will educate you upon how to take care of chronic pain and answer any questions of concern you may have throughout your stretch lab class experience.

Stretch Lab Details
Monday – Upper Body & Neck (Myofascial Release)
This session focuses on myofascial release for the neck, upper body, and extremities. A cervical spine support pillow is provided, along with guided use of a deep tissue body roller to release tension, improve mobility, and reduce stiffness.
Wednesday – Lower Body Mobility (Hips & Hamstrings)
Designed to target the lower extremities, this class emphasizes hip flexors and hamstrings. Participants will use deep tissue body rollers and therapeutic balls to improve flexibility, mobility, and muscle recovery.
Friday – Foot Reflexology & Lower Extremities
This session focuses on foot reflexology and lower-body recovery, targeting ligaments and tendons. Deep tissue body rollers and therapeutic balls are used to relieve tension, support circulation, and promote overall lower-body wellness.
