30-MIN UNLIMITED KIDS & TEENS BOXING CLASSES
By combining strength and conditioning and cardio drills with boxing skills and techniques, our kids and teen class students gain strength, build stamina, improve hand-eye coordination, and more. They’ll also be building a fitness foundation that will improve their focus, discipline, and coordination, preparing them for any organized school sport or activity.
This class is great for kids ages five and up. Each student will be placed in a class based on ability level, not age.
